We’re going to WordCampLA! It’s September 11 (with a hackfest on the 12th) at Loyola Marymount in LA.

Not only will the team be there, but we are going to be sponsoring the event as well! Look forward to fresh-out-of the oven cookies and nice cold milk to counteract the traditional late afternoon energy dip.  I just placed the order, and let me tell you, ordering tens of dozens of cookies is a really fun way to spend your time. I can’t wait!

Aside from sponsoring the afternoon snack, we’ll also be providing sodas and Chipotle burritos for lunch at the Dev Day.  We’re really looking forward to coming out and hanging with the people who work so hard to make WordPress as amazing as it is. Guacamole for everyone (who wants it)!

Still, taking software from idea to full public release is very exciting and we are quite proud of what we’ve made.

No kidding, I’ve been hip deep in GeoPosty feature design for months now and I’m still really really excited. It’s so positively easy to use and so remarkably powerful, my experience as a content manager and publisher tells me it can be a game changer.
